Cicada Killer Wasp in Coeymans, NY

I have a lot of the Cicada killer bees close to my home in Coeymans, Albany County, New York. They are scary but have not been threatening to me. If you need a picture, let me know. I know I will be flooded with them next summer if I don't find a way to ruin their nests. I also know your feeling about riding them so I wont ask.<

Hi Louise

Thanks for the email. Cicada Killers truly are harmless. The males can't even sting and the females aren't interested in humans.

Thanks for the photo and new data point.
