I seen this same bee here in the Nut Meg State where I live and I haven't a clue what it is. Does any one know?

Just Saw a Cicada Attacked By a Huge Wasp!

I Was Horrified and concered as I'm Allergic to Bees. It was boocking my doorway & Took about 5minutes for the wasp to get a good grip & then it flew off w/cicada.
