I found this one dead on the road.It was not squished so the pictures are fairly decent.I have 2 more pics if you are interested, just let me know. I am right on the border of RI/CT.

Hi Linda,

Thanks for the really cool photos of a Cicada Killer. Judging by the size of the spurs on the hind legs, this specimen looks to be female. Since it is obviously dead, I am unclear as to its demise. Kinda looks like it was stepped on.
