Sorry for the delay in responding to this sighting.

I had several colleagues look at these images and we have come to the same conclusions regarding its identification.

Based on its morphological features, we believe this to be a female Tibicen tibicen cicada. (Formerly known as Tibicen chloromerus). Thanks very much for sharing your photos.
